From 1 November 2021, the clinic will be implementing a consult by appointment system for patients with both acute and chronic conditions.
Over the years, we have noticed that patients tend to seek consultation at the clinic either when the clinic first opens or near our closing times. This results in a crowd forming usually at the beginning and the end of the session. This not only increases the waiting times for patients but also increases the risk of spreading infectious diseases like Covid-19.
Thus, in order to solve these problems, we would like to strongly encourage all patients to make an appointment before your next visit to the clinic. This can be done by calling the clinic at 62557545, through this website or via any of the following apps which can be downloaded from either the Apple App store or Google Play store : ehealthAssist, Manadr or MyCLNQ.
By making an appointment before coming to the clinic, this will help to reduce the waiting times for patients as well as make your visit safer and more pleasant.
